On Thursday afternoon, June 12, 2025, Ivy Yang, partner at Shanghai ForTran Law Firm, was invited by Shanghai Linfang Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. to deliver a specialized training session titled "Compliance for Equity Private Funds: A Case-Based Approach to Regulation and Supervision." The session was designed for Linfang’s management team and other relevant professionals.
Focusing on key regulatory priorities in the private fund industry, the training was structured into three modules: (1) case studies from regulatory communications issued by the Shanghai Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC); (2) core requirements and risk prevention measures in fundraising compliance; and (3) compliance essentials and practical responses in the investment and operational phases.
