Commission-Based Lawyer

We are seeking experienced, licensed attorneys to join our firm on a commission-based arrangement. The firm offers a supportive platform, collaborative opportunities, and a transparent remuneration structure. Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle or collaborate on litigation and arbitration cases;

Job Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the PRC, with the ability to operate independently;

Legal Assistant

We are looking for full-time legal assistants to support our attorneys in a broad range of legal matters. Responsibilities include legal research, document drafting, case file management, and client communication. Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation;

  • Draft basic legal documents, including legal opinions, pleadings, and contracts;

  • Organize and maintain case files, and assist with procedural matters such as court filings and service of process;

  • Communicate with clients, courts, and government agencies as needed;

  • Participate in internal learning and development activities.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in law; candidates who have passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination are preferred;

  • Strong legal writing and analytical skills;

  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and effective communication skills;

  • Proficiency in office software and ability to handle a fast-paced workload.
