Man Xu has a multidisciplinary background in accounting and law, holding a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Shanghai University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Management and Law from Qilu University of Technology. She is also certified with a junior accountant qualification, and holds securities and fund practitioner licenses.

Since joining ForTran Law Firm, Man has worked on projects involving tax advisory, tax planning, private equity, and long-term corporate legal services. She also provides support in matters related to corporate equity structuring, tax audits, and digital assets compliance.
