He holds multiple professional qualifications, including licensed attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Asset Appraiser, and Real Estate Appraiser. Prior to joining ForTran Law Firm, Xianghua served for many years as legal director and financial director at medium and large enterprises, where he gained extensive experience in corporate legal risk management, tax planning, and institutional development.
His practice focuses on providing end-to-end legal and tax services for construction and real estate projects, covering project initiation, financing, design, construction, procurement, operations, leasing, and sales. Xianghua is also highly experienced in corporate and project-level investment and M&A transactions, as well as handling both litigation and non-contentious matters across a wide range of industries.
