Lyn Lin is a distinguished legal practitioner with a robust international academic background and extensive cross-border experience. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, a Master of Laws in International Law from East China University of Political Science and Law, and an LL.M. in International Tax Law from Northwestern University School of Law (USA).

Mr. Lin focuses his practice on corporate reorganization, investment and transactional matters, and dispute resolution. His representative work includes the reorganization of AECC Gas Turbine ShiXin Erection & Engineering and China Aviation Gas Turbine, as well as the liquidation of Beijing Xinwei Technology Group, Poly Mining Investment, and China Power Kehuijia. In the investment and capital markets arena, he has advised on high-profile transactions such as Sinopec Capital’s investment, and participated in significant public offering initiatives, including the initial public offerings of China Mobile and a commercial bank, as well as a de-SPAC transaction involving a U.S.-listed special purpose acquisition company.
