Jolene Zhou brings a rare combination of deep legal expertise and comprehensive knowledge in taxation and securities. She is dual-qualified as a licensed attorney and certified public accountant, and also holds a securities practitioner license. In addition, she has passed the highest level of the PRC English Proficiency Test for English Majors (TEM-8), underscoring her ability to work seamlessly in bilingual environments.

Jolene focuses her practice on tax-related legal services for corporate clients, drawing on both her technical tax background and hands-on experience. Her work covers tax controversy resolution, tax advisory, tax planning for corporate formation and restructuring, and tax due diligence. She also has extensive experience in corporate governance, mergers and demergers, equity transfers, M&A transactions, and corporate litigation.
