He has handled a large number of cases in this area, combining legal analysis with practical resolution strategies.
Xiaotan also has deep experience in matters involving property inheritance and related tax issues, including inheritance of urban private housing, post-1994 public housing under the “94 Housing Reform Scheme,” affordable housing, and rural residential properties. He advises on complex issues such as the division and inheritance of jointly owned property arising from the death of the original property owner or resettled party during relocation compensation processes. He also helps clients manage legal risks and tax concerns in estate distribution, including inheritance-related taxes.
