Clara Yang is a partner at ForTran Law Firm, with a strong academic and professional background in taxation, economics, and law. She holds a Master's degree in Taxation from the School of Public Economics and Administration at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, where she also earned dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Law. Clara is qualified as a Certified Tax Agent in China and holds licenses in both securities and futures. She is also a non-practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Clara specializes in complex non-contentious matters involving taxation, valuation, and actuarial analysis.
