Dr. Ryan Yan is a leading expert in tax law with extensive experience at the intersection of legal, fiscal, and economic policy. He has held a number of influential roles, including Chair of the Tax Law Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, Vice President of the Fiscal and Tax Law Research Association of the Shanghai Law Society, and Vice Chair of the Tax Law Committee of the All China Lawyers Association. He also serves as a council member of both the China Taxation Society and the Fiscal and Tax Law Society of the China Law Society.
