Han Wu holds a Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in International Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Tianjin University. He is also a licensed securities practitioner.

Han has a strong foundation in civil and commercial law and extensive experience in tax planning, project financing, dispute resolution, and tax-related criminal matters. He has led numerous corporate mergers, restructurings, and liquidation projects, and has advised central state-owned enterprises and other large corporations on the legality and soundness of their financial, tax, and corporate structures. Han has also successfully represented clients in complex equity disputes, demonstrating his ability to navigate high-stakes and multi-faceted legal challenges.

With a keen eye for emerging legal issues, Han frequently publishes articles and delivers academic lectures on forward-looking topics in law and practice.
