Summer Qu is a senior associate at ForTran Law Firm and a lecturer at the Practice Training Center of East China Normal University. She holds a Master's degree in Law with a focus on Tax Law Practice from East China University of Political Science and Law and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Nanjing Normal University. Summer has also passed the ACCA examinations and multiple sections of the Chinese CPA qualification, equipping her with a rare blend of financial acumen and legal expertise.

Summer's practice focuses on tax law, insolvency, and corporate and commercial matters.
