Bio

Jason Hu is a senior associate with extensive experience in construction law and civil and commercial dispute resolution. He holds dual qualifications as a National Level II Constructor in both building engineering and municipal engineering. Prior to entering private practice, Jason served for over a decade in a Shanghai-based military unit, where he focused on construction project management and legal services. During his tenure, he received multiple honors, including third-class merit awards and recognition as a World Expo Guardian.

Jason provides long-term legal counsel to military units, government agencies, and corporate clients. He has substantial experience in handling cases involving debt recovery, family law, labor disputes, and investment and M&A transactions. Notably, his combined expertise in construction management and legal compliance enables him to deliver strategic risk control and dispute resolution services for construction enterprises, helping clients avoid or recover significant financial losses.
