Edward Gao is a licensed attorney with dual professional qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Tax Agent in China. Before joining ForTran Law Firm, he worked in the investment and financing division of a large state-owned enterprise. He brings to his legal practice a multidisciplinary background spanning economics, law, and political science.

Edward focuses on legal matters at the intersection of taxation, finance, and corporate law. His core practice areas include tax controversy resolution, tax advisory, tax planning for corporate formation and restructuring, and tax due diligence.
