Many ForTran attorneys lecture at institutions such as Peking University, Fudan University, Xiamen University, and the National Accounting Institute. Our public courses feature topical issues and rich case studies. We also share training materials with clients as part of our advisory services.
Tailored Training Programs
We design custom training sessions covering sector-specific risks, tax compliance, tender documentation, corporate governance, and professional development. Our casework often reveals recurring structural risks, which we consolidate into targeted training for clients.
Client Participation in Internal Training
Since our founding, ForTran has held internal training sessions two to three times per month. These are known for being candid, intense, and solution-oriented. Topics range from live case discussions to legal strategy workshops. We invite clients to participate in selected sessions when relevant.
